Donation & Refund Policy

Our Approach

Donations to Sizzle Arts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, are generally non-refundable, as funds are often allocated to programs shortly after receipt. That said, we want donors to feel confident in their giving, and we will review refund requests made in good faith.

When We Will Consider a Refund

• A duplicate or accidental donation was made (e.g., the same gift processed twice)
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error
• The donation was made fraudulently, without the account holder's authorization

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction through our Contact page, including the donation date, amount, and the email or name used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Zeffy, and may take several business days to appear.

Recurring Donations

You may cancel a recurring (monthly) donation at any time by contacting us; cancellation will apply to future charges and does not automatically refund past payments already processed.

Tax Receipts

If a donation is refunded, any tax receipt issued for that donation is void, and the donor should not claim the gift as a charitable deduction. Sizzle Arts Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization; consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of any gift.
