Sizzle Arts Foundation ("Sizzle Arts," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization based in Brooklyn, New York. 4. Donation Processing
Donations made through the Site are processed by Zeffy, a third-party payment processor. Sizzle Arts Foundation does not directly store full payment card numbers. Zeffy's own privacy policy and terms govern how payment data is handled during a transaction. We retain donation records (donor name, amount, date) as required for financial reporting and tax-receipt purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site, process donations, or send communications (e.g., our hosting provider, payment processor, and email service)
- Regulators or authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sizzle Arts Foundation, our supporters, or the public

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some of our youth programming is delivered in person with parent/guardian consent obtained separately from this Site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
