2. About Sizzle Arts Foundation

Sizzle Arts Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization based in Brooklyn, New York, dedicated to arts education, cultural programming, and sustainable creative practices.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Artist and designer work featured on the Site remains the property of the respective creators and is used with their permission.

5. Donations

Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party payment partner, Zeffy. By donating, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. Donation processing is also subject to our Donation & Refund Policy.

6. Volunteer, Membership & Internship Applications

Submitting a volunteer, membership, or internship application does not guarantee placement or acceptance into any Sizzle Arts Foundation program. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or discontinue participation at our discretion, consistent with our non profit mission and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (including social media platforms and our payment processor) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability
