Sizzle Arts Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization based in Brooklyn, New York, dedicated to arts education, cultural programming, and sustainable creative practices.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sizzle Arts Foundation and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Artist and designer work featured on the Site remains the property of the respective creators and is used with their permission.
Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party payment partner, Zeffy. By donating, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. Donation processing is also subject to our Donation & Refund Policy.
Submitting a volunteer, membership, or internship application does not guarantee placement or acceptance into any Sizzle Arts Foundation program. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or discontinue participation at our discretion, consistent with our non profit mission and applicable law.
The Site may link to third-party websites (including social media platforms and our payment processor) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York.
